Sexually Transmitted Diseases and HIV/AIDS

Anyone who is sexually active can get venereal diseases. Most sexually transmitted diseases (STD) are treated easily with medication. These STDs include syphilis, gonorrhea, genital herpes, chlamydia and genital warts. However, with HIV/AIDS there may be no symptoms but it is DEADLY. If you have had sex without a condom, you should be tested for HIV/AIDS. Since STDs are contagious and can result in permanent damage, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you get immediate medical help.
